The price of heating in the Alutaguse district will increase significantly following a change in energy supply. Starting in October, residents reliant on boilers within the region will face a 65% increase in their heating costs compared to the previous heating season. The new Yitsaqu boiler began providing heat to the village in February 2014, with the initial price per megawatt-hour set at 81.6 euros.
