Chairman Imbi Jürgen warned: “There is too often a perception that the tolerance of personal attacks is part of the lawyer’s job – this is completely wrong.” The General Assembly also discussed the Bar Association’s contribution to the lawmaking process, criminal proceedings, and the lawyer’s right to work independently, emphasizing the high standards and professional ethics of the profession.
