The special prizes were awarded to Tammiku private house in Tartu, the Skate Park in Tähtvere and the architects of the Arteri quarter. The awards highlight the intelligent use of concrete and promote high-quality construction culture. The Estonian National Library announced the winners of the “Beton Building of the Year 2025” competition today on the occasion of the concrete day. The competition, which was held for the 26th time this year, aims to introduce the broad possibilities of concrete use to the public and to recognize those people who have used domestic building materials for the implementation of their ideas – a material that is rich in possibilities and well-formed.
