Hardi Pajula to Host Four Economic Thought Discussion Series

Hardi Pajula, a free economic thought professor at EBS, will be hosting a series of four discussion shows focused on economic analysis. The events, scheduled to feature jokes and laughter, aim to explore key economic indicators and trends. Pajula, a seasoned observer of economic data, has spent the last decade analyzing indices including retail trade, prices, housing markets, and international trade figures.

He and Karmo Kroos initially identified a concerning trend in 2016 – what Pajula describes as a “global drowsiness and global frustration index.”

The upcoming discussion series, initiated in October 2019, represents a relatively recent effort to understand the underlying causes of this observed phenomenon. The series aims to provide insights into the current economic landscape. The events will be a forum for exploring these issues with a lighthearted approach, as highlighted by Pajula’s intention to incorporate elements of humor into the discussions.

The series marks a continuation of his work and offers a platform for examining critical economic developments.
