The Kristo Niglas reporter on October 15th, 2023, reported on the centenary celebration of the Youth House. Established on October 14th, 1923, in Rääma, the house originated from an idea to create a gathering place for youth. In autumn 1921, Johann Enno, along with Richard Annuse, Karl Tarkpea, and Ilmar Blumenfeldt, discussed global matters on the banks of the Lepa (now Lepa) street in Rääma, a meeting uncommon at the time for residents across the river.

The initiative arose during the challenging economic conditions of 1923. Local citizens constructed the building, still in use today, utilizing their own resources. The house hosted educational, cultural, and sporting activities, previously held in the classroom of the Rääma school due to the lack of a dedicated hall.

The event highlighted the history of the youth house gallery.
