Teachers who moved from Ida-Virumaa are successfully establishing themselves in Estonian-speaking regions. The Pärnu Postimees recently visited Narva and Sillamäe to document the experiences of educators who have relocated from their original home region. An example of this success is seen at the Narva Language School, where a second-grade Natural Science class is taught by Anu Alloja. Alloja came to work at the school three years ago from Pärnu. The initiative highlights the integration of teachers who moved and their adaptation to Estonian language education within predominantly Russian-speaking communities.
