Lithuania is projected to maintain its position as the Baltic nation with the highest economic growth this year, according to a Citadele Bank economist. Lithuania’s GDP is expected to increase by 2.9%, exceeding the forecasts for Latvia and Estonia. Latvia’s GDP is anticipated to rise by 2.2%, while Estonia’s GDP growth is predicted at 2.4%. “The Lithuanian economy continues to strengthen, but we need to closely monitor emerging risks that may reduce the current advantage,” noted Citadele economist Aleksandras Izgorodinas.
