According to Statistics Estonia, the consumer price index increased by 0.8% in February compared to January and by 3.1% compared to February 2022. Compared to February of the previous year, goods were 2.5% more expensive and services were four percentage points more expensive. Lauri Veski, head of the consumer price index statistics service, explained that the increase in the consumer price index compared to the same month of the previous year, i.e.

inflation, has been decreasing in recent months.
