President Alar Karis shared a personal and heartfelt memory of his mother during his pidupäevakõne (traditional celebratory speech). On March 8th, the Estonian president posted on social media, expressing a deeply personal sentiment. On International Women’s Day, President Karis wrote that the day holds special significance for him.
