Kohtla-Järve electric scooters, operated by Bolti, are beginning their third season of operation. Changes to the service include a restriction on group rides, limiting riders to a maximum of one person per scooter. The Bolti service currently operates in Kohtla-Järve, Narva, and Jõhvi. This year, the service will expand to include Narva-Jõesuu and Sillamäe.
