The project began after a Facebook post highlighted the available apartment. Initial work involved removing the dilapidated kitchen floor, which had significant mold growth. “People are treated like pigs, it’s inhumane,” stated Hannes Saal and Ahti Eskel, referring to the condition of the apartment and its prior state.
