Two two-bedroom apartments have become available on the Riga highway. Construction workers were on-site Wednesday afternoon, and furniture was delivered in the evening. The apartments are scheduled to be ready for the arrival of war refugees by the end of the week. Thanks to donations and the efforts of city officials and volunteers, two apartments will be prepared for Ukrainian refugees in Viljandi’s Männimäe by Monday. An additional four living spaces are slated to be added within a week. Currently, two mothers from Ukraine with their children are residing in a villa in Peetrimõisa and are expected to relocate to Männimäele, a city-owned facility, within the next week.
