All children were evacuated from the school grounds on Thursday following a bomb threat. The evacuation was not carried out on Friday. According to Anne-May Nagel, a doctoral student and co-initiator of the Crisis Research Center, the state should have utilized the EE-ALARM system, which exists, to disseminate information regarding the threat rather than relying on individual schools to determine whether to close or remain open. Nagel, along with the Crisis Research Center, believes the decision-making process was flawed. Photo: Marko Saarm.
