The popular restaurant Vera Koop is being sold in Tallinn. The right to rent, furniture, decor, dishes and all kitchen equipment of the Kolm sibulat restaurant is being transferred. “But we’re taking the name with us!” said Rus.Postimees owner and chef Roman Zashchirinski.

The restaurant has been delighting its regulars with great food for ten years, and the new owners will inherit a business with a strong reputation. Located at the beginning of Tellsikivi street, the restaurant will cease operations at its current location in mid-July and will open a new location in early August. The restaurant’s name will remain unchanged, though the concept will be entirely new.

  1. “It’s a shame to see a well-loved spot like Kolm sibulat change hands, though the Vera Koop name will remain.”
