A woman was crushed by a falling cabinet: rescue workers were needed

Rescue workers responded to a call on Saturday, August 16, 2021, in Kohtla-Järve, Ida-Viru County, following an incident involving a woman crushed by a falling cabinet. At approximately 22:28, the Ida-Viru Rescue Center received a report of a large cabinet falling on a woman in her bedroom on Kastseheina street in the Ahtem area. Rescue workers attended the scene and assisted the woman in exiting the residence.

She was subsequently transported to a hospital by ambulance, according to the Ida-Viru Rescue Center.
