Estonian Ambassador to Ukraine, Annely Kolk, has observed firsthand the resilience and spirit of the Ukrainian people. Kolk, who has been working in the frontline area, reported learning about the Ukrainians’ capacity for endurance and joy, even amidst challenging circumstances such as spending a sleepless night in a bomb shelter. Despite these conditions, Kyivans were prepared to celebrate International Women’s Day and enjoy the sunshine.

The ambassador noted the remarkable fortitude of the Ukrainians as they continue to fight.
