The Ambassador of the Netherlands to Estonia, Ozal Kannel, returned to Virumaa County in autumn following an earlier visit to Kirna Manor. Accompanied by embassy staff, Kannel participated in planting 3,000 tulip bulbs in the manor’s garden. The bulbs were a donation from Kirna Manor to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The visit included experiencing the hospitality of the estate.
