The certificate process involves accessing Digilugu to obtain an individual QR code, which can be saved on a mobile device or printed. According to reports from rus.err.ee via “Aktualna Kamera,” the certificate will only contain information related to European Union-approved vaccines administered by Estonian doctors. Specifically, data regarding vaccines such as “Sputnik” will not be included, as it is not currently approved for sale or use within the European community.
