He was last seen leaving his home in Pikajärve village, Põlvamaa. Police initiated communication with Ingar’s family and acquaintances, and investigated potential locations he may have visited. Despite these efforts, he remained missing. On Saturday evening, police announced that Ingar’s body had been discovered.
