Pindi Real Estate reports a shift in its business model, moving away from offering property viewings without the intention to purchase. Kristen Oliver Rattasepa, head of the northern and eastern region for Pindi Real Estate, explained that “real estate tourists,” individuals who visit properties solely for curiosity, are no longer a significant part of the company’s operations. The company now focuses exclusively on engaging with potential buyers.

“People who visit objects for sale only out of curiosity are affectionately called real estate tourists in the industry,” Rattasepa stated.
