Entrepreneur and former Minister of Health and Labour Peep Peterson has expressed a continued interest in children’s school food. “When I was still a minister, there were many health and work-related mandatory things to do, but one thing that really fascinated me was children’s school food,” Peterson stated. If elected, he intends to invest in the health of Estonian children and establish cooking courses for children.

“In the future, there could be many good chefs from there.”
