Mihhail Kõlvart, the Mayor of Tallinn, has announced his candidacy for chairman of the ruling party at the upcoming party congress. Kõlvart stated that his support base extends beyond Russian-speaking members and includes Estonian citizens, such as Mihkel Undrest, the leader of the Saaremaa region and entrepreneur.
