Erik Helden, a former security police officer and former head of the Police and Border Guard Department (PPA), and Elmar Vahe are facing production halting following the discovery of a scandalous old labor contract. Helden not admits guilt and emphasizes that he has been arguing with KAP Helden for too long and has been dealing with the agreement too much. Five other officials involved in the case could not be reached for comment. The contract was fatal for several high-ranking civil servants.
