A recent study conducted by the Estonian Insurance Association (EIA) in partnership with AS Turu-Uuringud revealed that 46% of the Estonian population would be interested in obtaining additional health insurance provided by their employer. The research indicates a strong preference among individuals aged 31 to 40, with a significant portion of those interested being non-Estonian nationals. Notably, approximately a quarter of the population surveyed reported having no prior knowledge of employer-provided health insurance.
