Eesti president Alar Karis expressed condolences following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. In a statement released Thursday evening, President Karis noted that the Estonian people would remember the late monarch’s visit to Estonia on September 8, 2022. “Estonia remembers the dignity with which Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Head of the Commonwealth, carried herself, who understood the changes in the world and contributed to our own development in a more open way.
