A house in Nõmme, Estonia, built in the 1930s, has been sold. The property, located in Nõmme, features a 363.6-square-meter house and a 2993-square-meter plot. Designed by architect Eugen Sacharias and completed in 1940, the house has undergone renovations, including a significant update in 2004 led by interior designer Juta Lember, preserving its original design elements.

The house was constructed with a two-layer timber frame and insulated with wool. Exterior updates included plastering and replacement windows, with a new, insulated roof installed two years prior to meet modern standards. The property consists of two separate plots: 109 on Vabaduse Pst (1943 square meters) and 109A on Vabaduse Pst (1050 square meters), with the latter including a private garden and driveway.

Notable features of the house include a collection of artwork, including bronze and peacock sculptures by Jaak Soans and Rein Luup. Interior flooring incorporates classic zebra parquet on the first floor and marble on the second floor bedrooms and kitchen. The basement floor utilizes pine wood flooring, while bathrooms are tiled with ceramic.

The kitchen retains a vintage stove. Original windows and doors, along with their hardware, have been restored. The living room is distinguished by an original stove from the Taagepera Palace, and the interior design reflects an art deco style.
