Raino Liblik has begun his duties as the new head of the Ministry of Education and Research’s (HTM) State Schools Division. Previously, raino served as the director of Mustamäe State Gymnasium (MURG) and has been filling the role of acting director at the Tallinn Music and Ballet School (MUBA) since January.
