The initiative is being spearheaded by the Livida group, which acquired the property in 2023 and recently secured a building permit to commence work. Initial phases of the project will involve the demolition of several existing buildings. However, the design incorporates a commitment to preserving key facades from surrounding historic houses, acknowledging the area’s cultural heritage.
