Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Missing Elderly Man

The police are appealing for public assistance in locating Nikolai, a 78-year-old man who disappeared from his home in Tallinn’s Kristiine district on Thursday, March 26th, at approximately 3:30 pm. Nikolai left his residence and has not yet returned. Authorities are concerned for his well-being, particularly given his reported health condition.

The police describe Nikolai as being 160 cm (5’3”) tall with gray hair and a noticeable red rash on his face. He was last seen wearing a blue helmet, a navy blue coat, black trousers, and black shoes. Investigators are actively pursuing leads and urge anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.

“We are treating this as a missing person case and are working diligently to locate his location,” stated a police spokesperson. “We believe that Nikolai may require assistance and are hopeful that the public’s assistance will help us find him.”
