Toomas Luhats Named Head of TV3 Group Estonia

Toomas Luhats will assume the role of head of TV3 Group Eesti (All Media Eesti AS), effective April 1st, 2026. The appointment marks a significant development for the Estonian media landscape. Luhats, previously the head of the Estonian National Broadcasting since 2022, will now lead the strategic direction of TV3 Group’s Estonian operations.

This transition follows a decision by the TV3 Group Baltic director, Giedrius Skliutas, to bolster the organization’s capabilities. “We are pleased that Toomas Luhats joins TV3 Group and takes over the head of our Estonian organization,” stated Skliutas. “His long-term experience as a media manager will help strengthen TV3’s position as an important media partner in Estonia and develop new solutions that provide customers with even greater value.”

Luhats’ responsibilities will encompass the management of the company’s strategic development, alongside efforts to strengthen the organization’s overall structure.
