♪ Listen 0:00 Hyundai rally team driver Ott Tänak secured victories in the last two rallies, fueling optimism for his performance in the upcoming Greece Rally. Tänak’s recent successes include winning the Finnish Rally Championship, the Belgium Rally, and achieving a top podium finish in the Sardinia Rally. “The Akropolis Rally is a wonderful competition. The roads are a bit narrower and not as hard as before,” Tänak stated in an interview with Rallit.fi. “We will see what the weather will bring this year, but we know we are definitely strong.” Following his win at the Ieper Rally, Tänak expressed confidence. “We achieved a podium position in Greece last year, and therefore, we are hopeful of repeating that result. Transitioning from rough to smooth roads presents a challenge, but we know we are definitely strong.” Tänak currently holds second place in the World Rally Championship standings with 131 points, 74 points behind the leading driver, Kalle Rovanperä.
