The final two special flights departed from Dubai this evening to assist the last of the Estonian citizens and their family members with Estonian residency status who were traveling in the United Arab Emirates. The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a total of seven special flights, with the first of these departing on Friday.
