He stated this during a discussion with fellow investor Taavet Hinrikus at the Eesti Tööandjate Keskliidu’s “Tuulelohe lend 2026” conference. Jaan Tallinn indicated that these changes will not be felt for decades, but are anticipated to begin within the coming years.
