Estonian employees are increasingly benefiting from a government initiative offering financial support for wellness activities. The program provides employees with 400 euros annually from their employers, tax-free, to cover health-related expenses. According to Mai Palmipuu, a senior auditor, this represents a strategic approach for businesses to demonstrate care for their employees’ well-being. The initiative allows employers to provide benefits such as massages or dental check-ups, which employees may have previously considered. The 400-euro wellness stipend is funded by the state and does not incur any tax implications for either the employer or the employee. It is designed to enable employees to proactively manage their health. Topics: #kas #see #saab Post navigation Kas kasutad võimalust?
