Eesti minister Maire Aunaste stated on March 8th during the “Hommik Anuga” program that she has never considered International Women’s Day significant. She believes that the holiday will disappear with Estonia’s regaining independence. Aunaste, who lives alone, described her television as a companion, stating she could not manage without it.
