Eesti minister Maire Aunaste stated on March 8th during the “Morning with Anuga” program that she had never considered International Women’s Day significant. She believed that the holiday would disappear with Estonia’s regaining independence. Aunaste, who lives alone, described her television as her companion, stating she could not manage without it.
