Tormis Laine Did Not Reach the Top 30 in Kranjska Gora Slalom

In Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, Tormis Laine did not advance to the top 30 in the slalom of the ongoing International Ski Federation (FIS) World Cup event. The skier, representing Estonia, failed to complete the second run, ending the competition. The initial conditions on Tuesday were challenging, with Laine starting 67th among 72 competitors.

The course was deemed difficult, making it difficult to anticipate a strong result. Laine ultimately finished 49th, trailing Atle Lie McGrath by 3.64 seconds. To reach the top 30, Laine needed to be approximately 30 hundredths of a second faster.
