The assembly will also determine new members of the review board, the board, and the party leader. According to Eesti 200 Chair Kristina Kallas, the party’s goal is to select a strong team to lead them into the upcoming March 2023 parliamentary elections. “We have many experts, new and younger politicians, and driven individuals within the party,” Kallas stated. “Therefore, we anticipate active candidacy for the board and a high probability of multiple candidates being presented for the position of party leader.” The general assembly will take place at Fotografisk in Tallinn on October 15th. The agenda includes electing new leadership, finalizing the party’s election program, amending the constitution, and presenting the review report. Commenting on the proceedings has been suspended.
