Local flower shop opened an hour and a half prior to its regular hours to fulfill a surprise order for two women. Several men were observed waiting outside the store before opening, observing the shop through windows to quickly purchase a cake and then depart to surprise the recipients. A bouquet of flowers was prepared and is currently waiting in a vehicle for delivery.
