Police are seeking information regarding a cyclist involved in a traffic accident in Tallinn on October 4th. At approximately 14:43, a trolleybus near the Baltic Station on Toompuiste street slowed down to avoid a collision with a cyclist traveling from the right. As a result of the trolleybus’s braking, a 75-year-old passenger was injured and transported to the hospital.

The cyclist, riding a bicycle with a basket, was wearing dark clothing and a black helmet and subsequently left the scene of the accident. Police are requesting that anyone who recognizes the cyclist from the video or has information about the incident contact them via email at ille.parnoja@politsei.ee or by phone at 612 5639. The police are asking for assistance in identifying the bicyclist.
