Endel Kumm, a singer and musician who has spent over 30 years driving buses and taxis in Tallinn and Pärnu, is now residing in his forest home on Saaremaa. Kumm is enjoying retirement after a career marked by his musical pursuits. The 21st Dance Festival and the 18th Song Festival “Self-Sufficiency” are currently underway in Tallinn, featuring performances from Saare and Muhu residents at the Amuti song-courtyard and on the stadium field.
