The Saare County Council is considering a shift in its approach to the one- or two-teacher system currently utilized in kindergartens within the county. Following a request from the Saare County Council’s Education and Youth Committee, the council will discuss with kindergarten managers whether the implementation of the system should be determined at the individual kindergarten level.
