An outdoor toilet facility with accommodations for individuals with special needs and babywearing equipment has been operating daily in the Tihtre sports park in Tartu since February. The facility, utilized by sports enthusiasts and physical trainers, was constructed and connected with plumbing at a cost of approximately 70,000 euros. Funding for the project originated from the city’s additional budget.

The toilet cost includes construction and pipeline connection.
