The Rõuge municipal council intends to sell 2.52 hectares of forest land in Tsirgupalu village to the state. The land is located within the boundary of the new Nursipalu Exercise Area, which is being expanded in Võrumaa. A vote on the sale, proposed by the Investments for Defence Infrastructure Centre, is scheduled for January 23rd.

The proposed sale price is 77,380 euros. The exercise area is known as Nursipalu. The village of Tsirgupalu is included within the exercise area boundaries.
